Panelized Modular Housing

The Addazu modular panel system is designed to lower labor costs, expedite assembly, and decreases on-site disruption. Expanding the accessibility and affordability of homeownership for traditionally underserved residents, increasing access to dignified housing faster than traditional modular methods.

Position:

Founder, CEO, Design Engineer

Role

While receiving my Master's in Advanced Manufacturing from The Colorado School of Mines, I identified a significant gap in the housing market where the current method of building is very linear, taking raw materials from source to grave with minimal reuse and recyclability.

After extensive study and customer discovery, my team and I designed and engineered the Addazu system, a repeatable kit of parts that can be assembled into various housing solutions to address the missing middle housing crisis.

The Addazu system blends proven materials that can be swiftly implemented with existing code constraints and delivered at scale, providing high-quality housing solutions. This streamlines construction modularity, providing affordability and sustainability to redefine the future of housing.
